did you try flash backup like PDA?

backup of z3x can be flashed via download mode.
try this and tell me result.

I tried write backup in PDA mode, write ok, but all time reset the pohne.

I tried write new firmware with Odin and Z3X, write OK but dosen´t work.

Later, I tried write PIT + PDA with repartition and clean EFS option , all ok but the same problem, the phone all time reset...

Any solution?

Flashed 2 fws from support, rooted both, direct unlock does not work(tried 18.6, 18.5, 18.2), reading codes does this. Of course those codes do not work. No eight zeros, no 1234567, no 11111111.

This is extremely frustrating. :-(
