SM-C111 k-zoom, network problem

i have now samsung k zoom, SM-C111 network problem,

first problem is imei ,, null
then i flash own firmware,, result the imei is 004999010640000
i try rebuild imei from selected i9300 gui tab,, result is successfully rebuild

but,,,,, its shown emergency call only,, no network provider,,

i try to repair network via i9300 tab, result modem error,,

i try to repair network via N7100 tab, result modem error..
i try to repair network via G313h tab result repairing network error 2..

please,,,,,,, how to repair network this phone..
i no have good cert this phone...

I have problem with this phone too
after repair imei ,do imei patch success but imei certi show me fail and emergency calls only
whats a solution ???

i do patch with latest z3x 40.7 ,program show me success but imei certi fail after check via *#0011#
