Sm-g130hn no network + shell download speed

First of All thank you and all your team for the hard work you are doing.
secondly :
- So many users have reported SM-G130HN NO NETWORK AFTER UNLOCK HAVING IMEI OK..
- The download speed is very slow 17 kb/s 33kb/s.... the download stops frequently which cause loosing download attempts counter.

Plz try to fix this.
