What’s the state of baseband? Apparently, the log misses the modem version, there’s a possibility that the baseband is altered....
Bellow are full working nv and Efs files. U6 boot security.
Write efs at download mode, .tar extension
Then write nv file. I hope that would help.

I will upload the modem file btw you can try repairing IMEI... if you need to find original IMEI the sticker is under backcover... requires heat and skill to remove backcover...

The nv file I provided needs to be injected to the phone via octoplus box, since it was backed up by octoplus in the first place. Unlike the efs file which can be flashed by any Odin protocol at download mode. After that check base band, if it’s ok, repair iMei.....
