sm-g920i stuck on starting services
 

Hi
After succes flashing phone reboot but black screen and only blinking blue led. I go into recovery and wipe data and cache. Phone starts booting but now it stuck on starting services (green screen) before he stucks it was updating apps. Any ideas what next ?
