z3x problem Detect installed USB sniffer - GSM-Forum

hello z3x supporter. today i want repair imei g950f and when i do i have a message in log:
Detect installed USB sniffer or card sharing software, uninstall it first
Done with Samsung Tool PRO v.38.7

please help me for fix this problem.

hello try to uninstall the z3x samsung tool pro install everything from the beginning, close all open programs that may conflict with the z3x samsung tool pro program, and try again to open the program to see if it gives you the same error

In case if you have another pc try installing z3x samsung tool pro and see if it works and not from the same error

have you tried to renistall the z3x driver and the samsung tool pro program and close the programs that maybe conflict with z3x to see if you solve the error problem?

Or if you have another PC try installing z3x and drivers to see if it gives the same error?

If you have a USB webcam plug in unplug it

I had Wireshark installed along with USBPcap & Npcap.. that was the problem with me, hope it helps
