i think not same. in z3x you have selected home_csc which are not include pit file.

in log we don't see selected files.

on log we see different file selected because in z3x pit reading
in odin pit set.

this can be only if files are different.

sorry. but we checked with technicals and we sure problem in wrong files selected.

I have the same problem:
Z3X get an error Sending system.img... error
but Odin 3.13 flash without error!
