Hello, what firmware and android version you have installed on your phone, put it in recovery mode and write the installed firmware here and what file did you use to repair drk and what process did you use

this inside recoery of phone J710GNDXU2AQB2 6.0.1. I dont have drk file
I was asking where can I download or get from support

In recovery mode shows

To repair drk to j710gn with firmware J710GNDXU2AQB2 Android 6.0.1, if you have frp: on active, you must install the binary combination 2 for j710gn disable frp and then make fix drk with z3x and flash the stock firmware, if with z3x with the combination installed do not solve the drk fix, use other boxes that allow the drk fix with the uart cable even if they do not support j710gn for drk repair you can select another model that supports it and repair drk.

If you have frp: off not active on the phone to put it in normal mode you can use root or magisk or twrp or cf autoroot

where can i get drk repair files, in my first post no local file found , seraching server file not found. I asked where i get this drk repair file

try to see in the device manager of windows if a driver installation problem by reinstalling the phone drivers if the z3x software recognizes the phone or by changing the pc's usb port or phone's usb cable.

If it doesn't solve, try reinstalling the z3x software and drivers or an older version of z3x on your pc or another pc to see if it gives the same error, it could be a software bug

try to follow the instructions I wrote to you in the previous post to see if you solve it, or to install a previous version of z3x from version 39.x to version 35.x or by changing pc to see if it gives the same problem
