phone reflashed with factory firmware, reset to factory settings via the recovery and the menu, OEM lock -OFF, FRP lock-OFF. How to bypass the blocking?

Everything turned out to be easier than I thought. The phone is attached to the lock via the serial number, control is performed by the knox. Solution: disable the blocking of the FRP and OEM, install custom recovery and firmware with the cut knox. The solution is checked by me and works.
Enabling OEM unblocking and UBS debugging have their own nuances.

The way is write combination /oem in developer settings on/ cwm or twrp/
write script with twrp DEBLOAT_Script_Samsung_Nougat_Windforce0511/
flash 4/5 parts firmware its working tested by me on j730
