steps to unlock Galaxy I9070
 

first here is my log:

Count supported models - 319
Android Version: 2.3.6
Model: GT-I9070
Product Code: GT-I9070HKAATL
Phone Version: I9070XXLD1
PDA Version: I9070XXLD1
CSC Version: I9070OXXLD1
IMEI: Unknown
Checking ROOT... TRUE
Reading Data From Phone... OK
Connecting to phone via COM2...
Bypass MSL... OK
Unlocking ... OK
Done with Samsung Tool ver 12.7

steps are:
1 - check your phone version.

2 - Root your phone as follow ( exemple : I9070XXLD1):

a - open Odin3 v1.83.

b - select GT-I9070_EUR_XX_8G_20111220_KL6.pit as pit file.

c - select rootkernel.tar in PDA file.

d - check only Auto reboot & F.reset time options.

e - put your phone in download mode ( V-, Home & Power ).

f - install drivers if needed and click Start.

g - after reboot do the same with choosing relative tar file
( xxld1.tar for my exemple ).

h - wait for phone reboot, then install Superuser from Android-Market.

3 - reboot your phone and connect it ( type *#7284# and choose modem
for both options, also use debbuging mode in applictions/devellopment) and install
drivers if needed.

4 - open sam_tool 12.7 select propre model and click unlock buttom.

5 - disconnect from usb and connect to S7070 uart cable when ascked.

6 - when unlock done, put a different sim in phone and power on it, when
ascked for unlock code just enter : 00000000
