Brother this is MD5 file
put mobile into Download mode (Vol- + Home + Power Key ) Connect mobile RUN odin click on PDA or AP section then select this file
you can use any box like z3x select PDA and start flashing after done re enter to download mode and click reset frp

Qualcomm phones do not have sboot files they have aboot files.

Yes but after you wipe FRP with z3x flash the 6.0.1 aboot back to phone or it wont boot up.

first flash with J500HXXU1AOI1 then remove with sidesync or otg cable solotion !
