Hi Z3X team. Last day in my Technic service Z3X box and sim card is stolen by the technical. How can i cancel the this card. Please help me 🙏 i used it more than 5/6 years.

stolen box can be banned only. nothing else.

But before you ban i think you can help recover it by tracing the attempting I.P address to access support or something like that.That way he can trace it from his country
