I tired *#7284# Nothing
Phone is ROOTED
Used Windows 8.1 64 and Window 7 Home Edition Same NOT Working

I repied Press READ Bottom Sometimes it reads it detects Com port sometime it doesn't..

Trying to repair imei NO LUCK

t599 unlock need USB cable and UART.
as i see in your system not installed samsung usb drivers and box drivers.
connect phone to usb , enable diagnostic port.
connect box to pc install box drivers.

I'm using a laptop not A PC.. All driver are installed for the T599N

It's not a unlock, need to fix a imei on it, the phone it's unlocked already..

box drivers(usb art port) installed
samsung mobile usb drivers installed (diagnostic mode need switchon on phone)

why - you need check.

connect z3x-box to pc and install drivers
with phone to diagnostic mode and connect to pc, install drivers.

Plug and play drivers are all installed... Once I drop down port com it's empty, but I hit the read info bottom to read the T599N com port not found, but if I hit the read info bottom again it detects a com 9, once I got to repair section to repair the imei, it doesn't read again.. I'm on the 18.3 version..

try find someone who can help you install box drivers.
drivers for box not installed.
giagnostic port on phone not enabled and android drivers not installed.

Really I can't find anyone.. Can you find someone to do team viewer on my laptop.. Get a much better idea to install the box drivers.

goto my computer ,,properties,, and see in hardware ,,,is showing installed any com by name z3x box installed overthere or not ?
