the drivers are installed correctly and the smart card detects me right up to tell me the firmware version that has that is v2.2 but when I open the samsung tool pro it does not open it i do not even open the lg tool install the z3x box on another pc and do the same look for the z3x box of a borrowed friend and I opened the samsung tool pro and the lg tool that is my z3x that has problems then I came to you because it was you who bought it to see if you can help me

A friend lent me his z3x to see if my z3x had problems and with the z3x of my friend I opened the samsung tool pro 30.7

better post screenshot what error it is showing when you try to open. which windows do you use?

Run wizard in shell, do update, or re register
