WHY my post deleted or without any answer!!! How to create correct support request - GSM-Forum

Post deleted why?:

1. Title is wrong - should be not less than 3 words: model name, problem , job. Fox example: N900 unlock problem, or I8190 flashing error.
2. Inside post not exist logs of last actual version of z3z software for whole job with phone.
3. Inside post not exist any information about phone, with what problem phone come to your hands etc.
4. POST "I have same problem" will be delated instant.
5. POST "why in not have answer from support" will be deleted instant.

ALL is very simple here. Just follow few steps!!

1. BEFORE CREATE NEW THREAD USE THIS BUTTON.

2. USE CORRECT TITLE ONLY IN FORMAT" Short description of problem + model of phone.!!!!

ALL OTHER TREAD WITH TITLE LIKE " HELP ME BAALAANNFGGGGGG" and others will be deleted.
No need ask then why my thread deleted.

3. Thread BODY should contain full description of problem:

--- important information wanted from user for get any simple answer ---
- phone models,
- status of phone before any job with phone,
- phone firmware,
- attach backups *.tar better 1st one from backup folder,
- all logs of each job with phone,
- logs of job of last actual version of z3x sw for such models.
---- without such information in 90% case your post will be without any answer ---

4. WAIT ANSWER

2.2 [/B]Posts with "up, up" or "??????????????" or other comments like this will be deleted and after 3 post this acces to z3x section will be blocked for spammer.
2.3 NEVER USE SN OF Z3X CARDS IN FORUM OR SCREENSHOTS.
IF WE WILL SEE ANY SN - THIS SN WILL BE BLOCKED FOR 2 WEEKS
2.4.IF YOU WANT post ANSWER IN THREAD, your answer should touch tread name only.
2.5 POSTS "I HAVE SAME PROBLEM" - WILL BE deleted. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PROBLEM - OPEN YOUR OWN THREAD.
