change is not successful... what is mean "...sec data not found"

you like back imei in the rack label or a new imei for your pda?
some phone not supported by Z3 and other you must unlock first with code not direct

first
1. Enter code *#7284# - choise phone usb
2. Enter code *#9090# - choise 1
phone connect to "box" (actually connect with USB cable to PC, and box to oder USB)
open smartPhone tool
put the new imei in the rack label
after i tray 1000 times to change imei I goth :

install samsung pc studio, update firmware to last with their update wizard.

think .... think .... maybe need to reset some "eeprom" OTP - power off plug-out battery.. whait 10 sec plug-in battery ... power on phone

after all is a good box good software, but low support. Its ok
