Put smart card and run shell try process again

i have answer 100+ times about cards problem.
why again and again create similar thread.

solution is:

1. clean sim connector. if no result then
2. try other reader. if no result then
3. try other pc. or try working card. if no result then.
4. Try repair dead card via wizard. if no result then
5. If your box under warranty - contact with reseller.
6. if your box out warranty - buy new empty card and we will replace activation.
card you can buy from resellers. list on dealer page who has replacement card.

when i open the samsung pro tool card not found

when i tied the box with the pc driver it finds but says not reconigzed usb
and c,ant Wizard and activation.in shell not conected


I've also tried other pc the same problem

1. check sim pins, try clean.
2. if same - try other reader.
3. if same - try repair dead card:
- remove all card/boxes. only z3x must be connected.
- repair dead card via wizard.
4. same problem - buy replacement card and we will move activation.

if your card under warranty contact with reseller.

if your card no warranty - buy replacement card.

If you have problem - SMARTCARD not detected by software.

1. Try clean SMARTCARD pins. Try use other reader for SMARTCARD. Try use other PC.
same problem then.
2. Disconnect all other boxes, dongles and try use function repair dead card.
same problem then.
3. If BOX under warranty - ask reseller for replace.
