there is no solution for card not found.
the box is working ok,noyhing happen to computer,then 31-07-2018 at 13h00 stop reconizing smart card.
support is realising updates and kill the smartcard

Have you opened your box to check card slot ,etc...? You can put your card to another reader, also...
