Z3x BOX driver issue - Windows 10 [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hi,

ive been trying to install z3x box on our new windows 10 PC but been having problems with installing. ive tried installing from the z3x directory folder after installing Shell. but keep getting this error and it shows card not found when i try to open a samsung module

Show vid pid of device. Try install box v3 driver from shell folder.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. i tried to install the driver v3 but stills says card not found. please see attached video link

This device dissapears if disconnect box? Type device vid/pid.

Hi, yes it does disappear when box is disconnected. if youre available you can check my pc to investigate

Install ftk_64 driver from shell folder.
