Problem with golden z3x [Need more information]

Hello, i had my z3x pro full activated with samsung and lg, is the golden z3x.

I have the next problem, when i open the shell, i have an update abailable, but, when i try to "actualize" i put install update, but nothing happends.

Ok, i can work without update the shell. but... when i try to download something, like samsung tool, nothing happend again.


When i go to card options, i can read all activations, the card was ok, but i don't know why i can't download or actualize on the shell.

Try this: Disable antivirus and firewall, make sure you have the latest shell update and try again, also make sure you have active internet.

i can't select repair dead car option,(i think isn't death)

I have other box, and work fine... isn't the IP, i think... I tried to use on other pc with other network, on a recently formated pc, but not work.

I downloaded the shell from the official website.

I install it, and when I open it I see an update available, when I put to start update it, it does not do anything. When trying to download a tool like samsung or lg, it does not do anything either, when trying to download something from the shell, I can not either. When i put download, nothing happens. If u can't understand the problem, i can record a video.

i think it's ok, but when i connect the box to pc, its all ok, all leds on, and the shell read the card information an everthing. But i do not know what is the problem.
