use last version of tool.
reflash phone and phone back to work.

did you read manual how make imei repair on this types of phones?

already upgraded to the last amended and the unit is still Versions for atel with red, I always did that with this model imei ti9nha never given in to see this error so thin çao ~ 14 that the unit was defective now seek a solution.

I have also some problem to use this version 3.5.0014...
Falsh problem mostly...I have one s3500i.I download flash file from support site of Z3X team.When I try to falsh.
It takes some Error...But when i flash with other old version,flash done successfully...
