my box sim card is corupted
Please Can you guide me how to get sn its few years old box and i dont have any idea how to get sn

Unfortunately, according to z3x team rules, you cannot replace card that inactive more then 6 month.

befor 10 days my z3x was dead now i found SN from reseler and now need to replace card its totaly dead reson ( sudenly show error during drivers) box hardware show usb not reconised and sim card also not work other hardware or dongal.. now i gona riplace my sim card i have 2 activation samsung+LG on it also atch samsung acount, and i have al avidance and lg logs stc with 2 system z3x backup folders is it posible to replace my sim card ?

In this case we can move your activations. You need to buy new z3x replacement card. When you got it, provide next info to prove that the activations belongs to you:

-screenshots with card info of both and smart-card activations which must be moved
-date of successful work done of smart-card using credits (server connect)
-if you don't have a credit account, date of last action downloading (firmware, program updates)
-and as well add a picture of Z3X box/dongle, Easy JTAG box, and smart-cards.
-your IP address
