did you read txt of update?

all s4 listed here also can use same certificate.

g900h listed here? no. so logic answer - not compatible.

certificate files is not for unlocking. its for imei repair (sign).

we not have any certificate file and can't create any certificate.

some you can read from phones, some already posted in forum.
