z3x cant detect u900v in normal mode

i have problem z3x dongle cant detect u900v in normal mode but it detect in flash mode,any ideal i need to remove phonelock?

Use 2in1 cables + samsung mode or use qualcomm mode + usb cable only.
Drivers must be installed correctly.

I try to use 2 in 1 cable but no luck but in flash mode it detect,how to put in qualcomm mode?
