FLASHING your phone then try

i get today from someone one pice for frp reset ..with binary2 soft..
i tried to disable the niew calculator wich is standard in software..i download a old one but gives error by calculator metode...don't let starting that process...please explain more but don't say backup??? how can backup in these situation?
