Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Enable 'USB debugging' in 'Settings'-'Developer options' for Android 4.0 - 4.1.2 or
tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options' in Android 4.2+.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Fill values what you need to repair.
5. Press 'Repair' button.
6. Press 'Reset EFS' if you need to reset it.
Be carefully, do not perform this without necessity and make backup before.
7. Press 'Disable Factory Mode' if needed.

Man this samsung tool 20.2 is so good, it's very easy to read and the user interface is alot better. I don't even need to dial *#8080# or *#0808* or *#7284* etc when unlocking or imei repair.

Sir Can you please help? For some reason the IMEI# repair for Note 2 I317M doesn't work. It says repair done by the IMEI# still stay as 0.
I have it rooted and installed SuperSU and followed instructions. It's strange before after I unlock the IMEI# ended up being 0/Unknown. Can you help please?
