Sam L700 imei got corrupted when reset

Hi, I'm not a Z3x user but i would like to know is it really can repair Imei of this phone, I'm using ns pro- ust pro and HWK and none of this tool help me- even in support, the position of the IMEI is:dddddd dc ba9876/5 it is quite different from the back of the phone, the problem of the phone is when attempting to make a call- it disconnect automatically!
If yes then i'll buy 2mrw- plz any one - post the log here!
