Locked by Carrier: UK Flexibile Apple Channel Default Activation Policy
SIM Lock: Locked

Can this be unlocked?
Which career to choose?

please activate that phone with a uk simcard first. the card u use to activate the phone will change into that respective carrier.
for examle you use a o2 uk simcard.
it will change into uk o2

so this means that is also the provider (in my case Three, yes i activate it with three) to choose to place order. Right?
