hello sir plz help me how enter Unlocking Code Htc Hera110

Power on phone with non accepted sim card.
It will ask for unlock code. (if tried wrong codes before, you have to wait till it enable to put code)

type unlock code on keypad by holding ALT key, than press "ok" on touch screen.

CAN any one help me with my htc hera110
i did hard reset and the phone say now

device start up failed due
to sudden loss of power.
please click "Yes" to
continue.


Note:
Do not remove battery
before device has been completely shutdowen (OFF)


but my phone battery is fully charge
