Hi guys! I'm a new customer of your services, and I received the PM from sunnyc containing my username and password, unfortunately it doesn't work. Is your server down or something? I tried to reset the password but no e-mail arrived after 3 hours or so, makes me wonder if this is automatic or manually done. Can anybody from the team let me know what's happening? We have some customers waiting. And I'm relying on your quick and efficient service, but I don't think I'm getting anything good out of it. TIA!

Its Not Automatic. Send Mail To [email protected] For Reset Your Pass.

reset password is not automatically done cause of security of account due to some cheating before by some users. you must email [email protected] for reset of password.
