ı have motorola w490 and ı want unlock this phone. your motorola server is active? ı am waiting your answer..

power on with non accepted sim card. and wait till you see enter special code. it could take 5 min to some hours, depend on how many wrong tries before.

ı falsh phone and subsidy code reset master reset and clear. and ı wait one hour but ı cans see enter special code

it could take more than 1 hour also, be patient and just leave it with unaccepted sim card for 2-4 hours.
