Problem reading Ask File..please help - GSM-Forum

please help.. i submit ask file.. and then it reply " READ WITH DSS or NSS Software & Upload again" i read it with DSS and NSS but my problem is cant detect the phone...can i read it again with JAF and submit again? my credits is deduct.. please reply sir

As Your File Rejected Your Credits Refunded. So Read Again With JAF (Must Choose Plain BEFORE READ ASK).

ok sir thanks you..i select JAF FORMAT instead of PLAIN ASK...i read and submit it again..thanks
