I can't seem to understand why are you saying wrong carrier? First when I check Carrier & Simlock, it says US AT&T, Puerto & Virgin Islands. I then submitted the another request, you came back and said "Block, Barred". The last I requested #739263 APAC - iPhone 3G/3GS/4/4S/5 (Barred and Not Found)

Now you're saying "Wrong Carrier" after 1 week without refund?. I ordered it thru APAC because that's the only Barred/Not Found" there in your listing.

What exactly is the carrier here? Your system originally shows US AT&T, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.

You knew it was wrong carrier but you accepted the request so you can keep the money without satisfying your customer.. What kind of service is that? I am a noob in this kind of stuff so could you just cut me a slack here. I learned something new now.

Also, if it is blacklisted/barred, is there a way we can obtain unlock for this kind of phone status? Put a note in your website so others don't make the same mistake!
