Paypal payment done but no credits
 

More than a week ago I sent a payment thru paypal, you asked me for an ID picture I already sent it (I hope that you don't misuse my personal data) but I don't have credits charged in my accountm how many time I need to wait to use my own money at your site? I have a paypal's verified account.
