Member: 654104 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | ![]() I contacted samunlock support several times in search of a refund on an order that charged 2X to unlock the same IMEI, this occurred on July 14th, I have already contacted whatsapp support, but unfortunately he still hasn't returned 10 credits. On the same 14th of July, I contacted, and whatsapp support replied "ok", but the refund has not been done so far. Contact us again on July 16, informing that the refund has not yet been made, whatsapp simply ignore my message, soon after, on July 29, I contacted you again, whatsapp support answered only "hi", and did not the refund on the order charged 2X. Please check, and why so long to return 10 credits for an order that charged 2X to unlock the same IMEI? I tried to unlock the first time on July 13th, the log software returned "unlocked", but it was still blocked, so I tried again on July 14th, and this time successfully unlocked, however, charged 10 credits twice over it IMEI (total 20 credits) as attached image. Please check, I already tried to solve with whatsapp but simply no refund has yet been made. |
