It's 10 days and still nothing. I wrote msg to cancel order and refund the credit! What is going on here?

What exactly is the carrier? I ordered it thru US AT&T which is what shows in the Carrier/Simlock check and you said "Barred/Blocked" ????????

there is no refund policy for the wrong carriers

Read it somewhere that if phone is blacklisted/barred, it can be used outside the united states. That is why I selected APAC barred/blacklisted. It is the only barred/blacklisted service on your website.
