Maybe you dont understand mr. sunny, he said 'reset counter' is not posible
it means your phone was tried before wrong unlocking codes so that
the phone is "counter blocked" ..."I THINK IT NEEDS MORE KNOWLEDGE TO RESET THE COUNTER BLOCKED FOR THIS PHONE"
like nokia bbb5 phone issue the 3/3 10/10 even you have codes you cannot unlock this if you nt reset it,
so we are lucky that we have solution on nokia already...

and to more about gsmfather service.must readed here: www.gsmfather.com
they responsibilities on their customer is to gives code and some tips to enter the codes
-as suunny said not posible at their team, but who knows at the end of the day will release by other people here.

IMPORTANT:

check phone status first before request unlocking codes

please dont post if you dont know what you're talking about. i have the same model and i flashed it with a japanese rom and now the phone accepts codes but i am waiting from codes from GSMFATHER but it seem that they are taking too much time. i think you should read more before you open your ***** and speak.
