3gs 4.01 on apple logo after reboot
 

apple 3gs came to me without jailbroken, i jailbreaked it by putting 4.1 file in redsnow .it jailbreaked it shows firmware 4.01 and baseband 5.13 unlocked it by opening cydia yhen it rebooted and struck on apple .now every time if it goes of have to do just boot teetherd right now, why this problem is facing in 3gs 4.01 baseband 513 . any solution to get rid of it.
