u can't downgrade iphone baseband atm , the only way is to jailbreak / upgrade baseband to 06.15 using redsnow and then install ultrasnow from cydia

You cann't lock with baseband 5.15 ...
1. upgrade your baseband 5.15 to 6.15

I jailbreaked 3Gs 4.2.1 BB 6.15.00 with redsnow 6b6.
but the cydia is in white color and it's not getting work on the phone.

what can I do ? , to be worked ? If I tethered with redsnow ,each time when I restarte the phone it will be work properly ?

pls help me
