while restoring with 6.1
give error 3194

please step by step

wait until tomorrow if 3gs and 4, are not factory unlock...
you must preserve baseband on 6.1.2, and you cant today, until release of any tool like snowbreeze...

4S -6.1.2 already running on my iphone, its perfect..very smooth..
