can it is unlockable with ultrasnow and is it safe to ipad baseband to 06.15?

bro i am always using search before post anything,this time i face some problem with update bb to 06.15,now i jailbreak it with absinthe and get cydia on sring board,
should i update bb to 06.15?
and nowifi unlock method,if there any?

ne need to upgrade as you can downgrade now, acording to dev team post

there is no wifi unlock its simple just put ultrasnow deb files in autoinstall folder in cydia and reboot couple of times.. use google its been said 1000 times

after unlock ultrasnow 1.2.7(cydia),it is on seacrhing all the time and no signals,
what should i do now?

my iphone does't remain in dfu mode while restoring,jailbreaking or else(i think so)

now problem is no service only,,,,,,,

you need to downgrade v4.1 and jailbreak with redsnow & flash ipad baseband 06.15,unlock without wifi method but dont forget to install mobile substrate also with ultrasn0w.
