right now i have cell 4.3.2 jailbreaked by red snow 2.6 its baseband is 6.15, and it is factory unlock, how can it normal downgrade baseband becaz its factory unlocked no issue will ocour

No way, man..... You can´t downgrade Basband

Yeah you can't downgrade base band with software, I believe it can be done by hardware way
