yes bro......i want to help u....but u didn't tell us which version of ur 3gs that u are on......if ur version is 4.2.1...u can use greenpoison rc5 to get untethered jailbreak.....if ur 3gs is 4.3.3....u can use redsnow 0.9.6 rc16....

Yea mate. Cannot help if you don't tell us what firmware/version u using. Different version different solution mate.

i have 6.15 baseband.tell me how on any os,also i dont have shsh for any ios.thanks mate

Since no saved shsh.......

1. Download snowbreeze 2.7.3
2. Download IOS 4.3.3
3. Create custom 4.3.3 firmware using snowbreeze. (Select hactivation if you are using unofficial
carrier sim, if not don't tick it)
4. Immediately after creating custom firmware, snowbreeze will ask to go to dfu mode.
Follow displayed instruction.
5. Open itunes, restore your 3GS using the recently made firmware by pressing 'shift'
button + restore. Wait for restore to finish.
6. Done.

* If you are on unofficial carrier, in Cydia, install ultrasn0w. It will enable u to use any
carrier sim.

Please backup your shsh either using tinyumbrella or iFaith.

the big problem is that it never go to activation screen on any ios.it is always in dfu mode.

That's how it should be. In itunes hold the shift key and select restore, then select the file that snowbreeze will have created on your desktop.

finaly problem solved thank you all who tried to help me.i restored original ios 4.1 and after restore no dfu.the one thing i can beleive is i have tried all ios running tinyumbrella and pwaned mode couidnt make it.but this time dont know how it happened.i am so happy now.Anyway thank you all mates.
