3gs unlock gone wrong please help - GSM-Forum

hi chaps i now have 3gs 8gb with just apple logo it was running on 4.3.5 so i jail broke it "tetherd" then unlocked it though cida then it reboted to just apple logo now when i try to restore it i just get err 3194 which when ive looked meens apple won let u use this is there any way to fix this please

No need to restore it. You just need to put it in DFU mode, open up Redsn0w and just "Boot Tethered".

delete all gs.apple host and try to restore with 4.1 version and unlock from cydia with ( ultrasn0w ) and u'r problem will be solve if u have any problems contact me

thanks chaps had to do clean restore to os5 and give set back as they could let it leave them for longer than a hour it really bugs me when u have customers going is it "done yet how long will it be " so i just give it back but for next time is it safe to down grade to 4.1 from os5 and 4.4.5 with bb 5.16.05
