4S can’t be restored error (-1) plz Help - GSM-Forum

hi

Please help me ,customer brought I phone 4S for new LCD ,I changed it ,and as I know 4s with os6 is taking a bit long to pick up signal ,and I left it for quit long time and phone was still searching ,I decide to restore it with itunes ,and I did restore it ,but somehow give me error 3194 ,and I did tried again and again ,but now phone is stuck in recovery mode ,and can’t be restored and now when I try to restore it giving me error (-1) ,can someone help me please how to sort out this problem ,I searched in forum but I didn’t find anything which can really help me

try recovery fix with redsnow and have latest itunes

can't use fix recovery in iphone 4S ( only A4 devices )

or could be bad quality LCD screen (like chine fake)

I did tried everything ,even put mother board in other full working 4S,but still no luck ,I decided to give replacement to customer ,after all research and experiment ,I got the result is (-1) error is IMEI corrupt so phone cannot be restored at all

yes error -1 is hardware error,try to reball or replace bb chip also check nand flash memory ic.
