get ur device in dfu mode and try again, if same problem change usb port, change usb cable, or even try on another pc

try to restore your device using redsnow, open redsnow goto extras>even more> restore

choose ur ipsw 6.1.3 file (you should have downloaded it before) and go

if that didn't work see this post

hardware problem
check mother board (clean) , and / or change battery

Try this:
Restore ios 6.1.3 one more time
When itunes show the error -1,leave it there(dont turn off itunes),remain cable connected
Open redsnow 0.9.15b3
Extras-select IPSW -browse to IOS 6.0.1 or 6.1 which ever accepted (must be downloaded before)
Than Fix recovery
Than try to jailbreak it as tether
Than just boot
And give the result here

Try to download again another ipsw ios 6.1.3 kasi minsan po corrupted
yung ibang firmware galing ng apple..try to download with another site.&

i have same problem of iphone 4 but i did not found this solution -1 error hardware problem -1 error when come if your iphone bluetooth or wifi adress demage

use original cable with clean windows coz i also faced same problem many time but after 3-4 try it solved
