is there any solution for downgrade
ios 7 to ios 6.1.3
which firmware is signed with apple
if customer ddont like ios 7 and want to come back
what procedure for that.

signing is still available for ios 6.1.3

so if you are in ios 7,you could simply downgrade it in ios 6.1.3 (shift restore)

You'll be asked to activate with the apple id used to activate the iphone when on iOS 7.
