i need some suggestion about iphone 3gs disabled

i want to know that i want to restore it with 4.1 and if i restore it with this version can tiny umbrella tss server can help to stop upgrade its modem version.because if it stop to do upgrade its modem then it is unlockable.
tell me that this good decision or not.;)

tinyumbrella will work like this only for iphone4
use custom firmware restore for 3gs

tiny umbrella not stop baseband update on 3gs but u can stop update ur basband with ur own hands.......... :-)
