backup ticket for att ?
 

once we get iphone 4/4s unlocked from att can we backup unlock ticket just in case ATT decide to relock ?

What do u mean by backup ticket ? Is youre phone unlocked with sam ? If yes ya u need to backup ticket and can update to any version as u r wish using any version of redsn0w backup tickets and restoring tickets can be done via redsn0w

no not with sam ... i just wonderd if u officialy unlock it it will create ticket inside phone . but i guess im wrong , its just only with sam :)

im curious .. if u get it unlocked and after few days at&t relock it ... will phone come INVALID SIM immediatly ? or u need to power off phone so it comes invalid sim ?

for simlock backup you can use latest Redsnow
select Backup from Advanced option

Phone will not relock !! Relock only with lost / stolen phones... INVALID SIM usually sim complaint change sim use original tray if problem still try resore and activate :D... Official unlock dosnt makes any tickets inside :p

Yes you can backup ticket generated by official unlock and restore later, it's not only for SAM.. but as Tabrez points out, it's quite unlikely your phone will be relocked in future, esp since most people are unlocking att same way
