Can I upgrade to ipad baseband for unlock?

Wich firmware and baseband do you have now ?

How about redsn0ws downgrade to 5.13??

Is that safe?

To downgrade u need to upgrade to 6.15 , for this phone the only solution is to make it newerlocked with operator unlock service .
